Debt Investment
Lend Money to NessGy projects with above the market APR. Receive interest every 6 months and principle will be paid at the end of the term. There is minimum 100K investment is required.
Equity Investment
Become a partner in specific NessGy project. Receive shares of the partnership. Investors will receive regular updates and can also do periodic site visits to witness the progress. Reap the benefits from real estate growth and sale.
